Garcia has established himself as a versatile talented actor, with roles including his first starring role in the original A Nightmare on Elm Street, his critically acclaimed role as Che in Andy Garcia's The Lost City, the sexy salsa dancer that lured Jennifer Anniston and then taught Ben Stiller in Along Came Polly, together with co-starring roles in Collateral Damage with Arnold Schwarzenegger, We Were Soldiers with Mel Gibson, as well as multiple television guest starring roles.
Garcia makes his directorial debut with the feature film The Wayshower, co-directed and written with long time friend Dr. John-Roger, and also has mentor Steven Soderbergh for advice on The RED and Filmmaking.
